Tapas is made of olive oil, ham, sausage, cheese, potatoes, fish and seasonal vegetable salads. The other favourite dish of spain is Paella and its ingredients are seasonal vegetables, enriched with venison and seafood that is made up of saffron rice. Spain has the most glowing nightlife in Europe. Entertainments continue from Friday evening till monday morning. Bars and discos are the most preferred locations. There are many hotels and hostels in Madrid. But high room prices are problem for capital city like the ones in other countries.
